Colemans-ctts announce three new partners
Colemans-ctts has promoted three associates to partner level, bringing the number of partners to 14 while six members of staff have also been promoted to associate.
The three new partners are Caron Heyes, Nolan Mortimer and Simon Stanfield.
Based in the firm’s Kingston office, Caron is a Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel member with experience of a wide range of medical accidents. She has specialist expertise in fatal accident claims, particularly those involving the death of a baby during labour or post delivery, and in handling birth injuries to baby and mother.
Nolan heads the firm’s Travel and Tourism Department and has many years experience in this field. He deals exclusively with issues arising out of foreign travel and specialises in high value personal injury claims and complex jurisdictional matters having dealt with several high profile travel related cases.
Simon works in the firm’s Personal Injury Department in the Walsall office and has a broad range of experience. He is part of the company’s Serious Personal Injury Team, and deals in specialist areas as varied as road traffic accidents and slips and falls to cases involving animals.
Those appointed to associate are Christopher Briggs – Industrial Disease, Colin Anscomb – Motor PI, Neelam Trikha – Commercial Property, Jonathan Law – Employment, Chanelle Thormille – Debt Litigation and Samantha Wilson – Motor. They work across our offices in Manchester, Kingston and Walsall.
